For some of us they are the same thing, so far as what deeply motivates or stirs us is the deciding factor or reference point. If for some it is survival at its most basic then it is vital that this fact be accepted wholeheartedly as that which is needed at this time. If we feel the ideal is too ordinary we will sabotage the very lesson we need to learn.
I remember a time when I had lost everything and more. For awhile I kidded myself that my loftier aspirations were more important. I was wrong. What I needed to understand was the concept of responsibility, not duty, as there is a difference. I had had it too easy and needed to re-learn things from scratch.
In the process of defining our work purpose or life purpose we sometimes become so intent on what we are trying to be or to do that we forget what we originally set out to do. Many a business person feels himself or herself trapped by the commodities or services they are trying to sell.
Sometimes we have a feeling of being fraudulent about the product we're selling and a secret hatred for it or for the service that is bringing the money. Most important of all is the feeling that is common to many that the person sees their life passing them by and not knowing how to get out of the prison they have built for themselves.
One important way to regain the life or work purpose is to eliminate what is known as peripherals; namely those things that diminish the happiness of the individual worker. In these cases, career can be a destructive game if we're playing it without a clear and constructive purpose. Playing the career game and even the life game for that matter requires an ability to distinguish between purposeful and peripheral matters.
While some become consumed by the work game or the career game, others resent it with a passion. Those that see clearly the blind spots of the ones who get consumed by it fail to see the fact that they have certain problems because of their refusal to play the game wholeheartedly.
Understanding that work/career is a game doesn't devalue it at all. On the contrary when we play the work game as a game we can be more flexible and don't take it so hard when we fail. We see the inherent value in a failure and can pick ourselves up again. At least that is my experience.
One of my friends has recently taken a huge financial hit. Now I know people from my past who have never recovered from such a hit. However this person while feeling quite wounded has a profoundly wise and accepting attitude even though many might never recover.
On the contrary they are trying to figure out what they could learn from it and not even wanting me to supply the answer which is even better- I could not anyway as this is their experience.
Goethe said," the greater part of all the mischief in the world arises from the fact that men do not sufficiently understand their own aims."
The thing is- once we have identified our work purpose the rest is less difficult because it is easier to see ourselves playing in any one of a number of games of our choice. The field is less restricted and more open. If we lack purpose we are left only with a few choices; of how to make money to survive and lesser objectives in the great game of life.
When we have purpose we have a thread or life line to hang onto,one that warms our hearts and gives hope and courage to continue-even though we might feel defeated temporarily like my friend.
Putting purpose first, whether in life, work or career helps us get focused on the how and where and why of it all. There is a constant thread that you know will lead you home. If we refuse to play the game we are at the mercy of other people's games. For me this has never been an option and I can't see it changing.

The Boomerang Effect - How to Use Your Thoughts to Bring You What You Want
After spending quite a bit of time researching, writing and thinking about the power of intention, particularly my own, the "Boomerang Effect' came to me as a better description of the concept of the 'law of attraction' currently promoted by a number of modern self help gurus.
It's a metaphor...throwing a boomerang represents thinking with focused intention.
Have you ever thrown a real boomerang?
If so, you'd probably agree it's much more difficult than you might first expect. Throwing it is one thing, but getting it to come back is the real challenge! If you don't know what you are doing, it is not something that comes naturally.
Now this also seems to be the case when we talk about the 'law of attraction'. How often do you put your thoughts or intentions out to the universe? And how often have you been successful in having an effect on your experience of life, such that you knew you attracted a specific outcome to yourself?
Lots of people throw their thoughts and desires out to the universe, but few ever return or show up in their lives as real things or experiences...why?
Winds of Change
I gave my nephew a real throwing boomerang as a gift. Of course as soon as he unwrapped it, he smiled a wicked smile, and asked if we could go outside and throw it?
So off we went to the front yard, where I attempted to show him the basics of throwing a boomerang. For him it was all about getting it to come back, so I tried to be wise and explain to him the correct technique...
My very first throw sent it spinning on a beautiful arc, but the wind gusted and blew it straight into a tree. It got stuck there, so we had to use an extension ladder to get it down.
This is the first lesson hidden in the metaphor...if you want a boomerang to return, you HAVE to align with the wind!
This is also the first lesson to take onboard with regards to affecting your experience of life. You have to align with the situation around you, before using intention for a specific outcome. So how does this work in your life?
First, stop and focus on what you truly want as an outcome. This means aligning with the winds of your life. Do you believe you deserve what you have? Where you are in life? What are you goals?
This will require an intense, personal analysis and planning session to be conducted.
Who do you want to be and where do you want to go?
If you've lost your job due to the economic crisis, you probably don't feel in alignment with anything. Listen to the winds of life. Think in a series of steps. What are the steps required to achieve what you want? Identify those steps then only focus on one step at a time.
Like learning how to throw a boomerang, throwing your thoughts takes practice. Too many people are too caught up in instant gratification, and be assured that after throwing a real boomerang once or twice, you'll learn that patience and practice is required to develop this skill. The ultimate result is experienced after a series of throws.
So, if you want the boomerang to return, you MUST first align yourself with the prevailing winds! If you don't pay attention to the winds around you, there's a good chance your thoughts will end up in a tree somewhere...
Focused Intention
"Where is my stuff?"
This, unfortunately, is where most people invest the bulk of their time and energy. I say 'unfortunately' because if you haven't practiced the first set of skills (personal clarity, alignment and practicing how to project your thoughts properly) you will have a VERY difficult time catching anything!
How to catch the boomerang...
You now understand how the winds of life and practicing the technique throwing your thoughts are two skills to perfect, but no matter how experienced you are with aligning and throwing, there is a 99% chance the thought won't return to exactly where you are standing. You will have to take action.
Bringing this metaphor back to how to use your thoughts to affect your experience of life, you need to consider two options:
1. Take Action
2. Do Not Take Action
Once you start throwing your well crafted thoughts around, you'll start to notice a change in how things come into your experience. Some of these will align with your primary intention, but others will not. When trying to catch a boomerang coming back to you, there are many factors to consider.
Each mental throw, or the sending of mental energy in the form of intention, will bring about opportunities to take action or not. It is the wise person who can properly determine when to take action and when to avoid action.
To Act or Not to Act, That is the Question
The lesson is to understand that focused thoughts and intention also HAVE to be followed up with action to achieve your preferred outcome! In fact, it may take many throws to bring about the specific outcome you want to achieve.
You will rarely use your thoughts and intention to manifest something in your life, without taking some sort of action. When an opportunity comes into your experience, you have to identify it, then immediately decide if you should take action or not.
This is where so many people fail. It's fairly easy to find alignment in your life after conducting a serious internal analysis. It's also pretty easy to have a thought and throw it out there. But it is extraordinarily difficult to use thought energy to affect your physical experience of life, so most people try it for awhile then give up.
If you're going to learn how to throw a boomerang, or design a website, or write a novel, or swing a golf club, or speak Spanish...it takes effort, tenacity and perseverance. Most people don't want to hear that these days. Everyone has instant access to everything today, so why not instant access to mind power?
Well, just like golf, Spanish or throwing a boomerang, learning how to affect your experience of life with your thoughts is a skill that takes time, practice and belief.
So to recap:
1. Remember to first align with who you are
2. Craft your thoughts and practice throwing them again and again.
3. Be aware of your surroundings.
4. Look for opportunities to take action and situations to avoid.
When it is time to take action, do so with your full intention to succeed. When it is time to avoid a situation, do not give any mental energy to it; remove it from your mind.
Align. Focus. Throw. Act.

Are You Realizing Your Full Potential?
Much has been written about Nature vs. Nurture. In my workshops when I put this issue on the board for discussion there is always controversy. When examining the qualities and characteristics of a successful leader, effective communicator, motivator, decisive, and focused, we ask, "Are these traits developed or born?" The answer is "developed"; however, there is always that issue of how much weight does the DNA of the individual influence the outcome.
The New York Times recently weighed in with "For the Best of The Best, Determination Outweighs Nature and Nuture". The author, Alina Tugend, cites examples of current thought from science, genetics and psychology that question the notion that DNA is the major determinant in talent.
"Most of us are far from our potential," said Angela Duckworth, Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. "The prevailing wisdom, for much of the last century, has been that talent is the most important determinant of achievement. Our focus in the next millennium is turning to all those things that unlock talent, including grit, self-discipline and confidence."
It turns out the old joke is true:
Question: "How do I get to Carnegie Hall"?
Answer: "Practice, Practice, Practice..."
Of the many sources quoted in Tugend's article; one book caught my eye, "The Genius in All of Us." By David Shenk.
Often I say, "Whatever got you to where you are today will not be sufficient to keep you there." I have used it for so long now, that I am not certain where I read it or heard it, but it always resonates and is a great way to get people thinking about what they are doing and why. Shenk's book did this for me.
The book's subtitle states, "Why Everything You've been told about Genetics, Talent and IQ is wrong." His research attacks the fundamental premise of "Genetics + Environment" and explains why it is "Genetics X Environment."
It you're raising children, leading a team or developing your own skills you have certainly questioned the issue of talent or innate ability. In the 90's we had "The Bell Curve" a book, which reinforced the concept of "Genes dictate. Genes instruct. Genes determine." This was the prevailing understanding of the influence of genetics in the 20th century.
In the last fifteen years science has refuted much that was believed. Shenk writes, "...we can come up with a more accurate metaphor. Rather than finished blueprints, genes are more like volume knobs and switches. Think of a giant control board inside every cell of your body."
Yes, Genetics X Environment, what you do as a parent, as a coach, as a leader can influence talent and results. You can turn up the volume, push the controls and influence...even change the DNA. I recall a scene in "Pumping Iron" where Arnold Schwarzenegger explains how he developed his body by looking in the mirror and thinking he needed a little more size and shape to his delts, then he would go in the gym and work with those exercises that sculpted his body-he actually changed his DNA by how he thought and trained.
Scientist have a term that explains this called "deliberate practice." It's what Ted Williams, Michael Jordon, and Apolo Ohno did. It requires training or practicing to failure and then pushing beyond that point. It's why athletes have a 47% success rate on "Dancing with the Stars". They are not "natural dancers". Many state they never danced before. Why are they successful? They understand "deliberate practice"; they fail and continue to work past the failure. They persist, they persevere, they PRACTICE, they listen and heed the feedback from their coach (the professional dance partner).
What motivates one to practice and persevere to such an extent? Michael Jordon was cut from his high school JV basketball team. The rest is history.
In 1831, he failed in business. He was defeated for the legislature in 1832. In 1833, he ventured into the business world again, and again he did not succeed. In 1834, he was elected to the state legislature. In 1838, he was defeated for speaker; in 1840, he was defeated for elector; in 1844, he lost a race for a Congressional seat. In 1846, he gained a seat in Congress, only to lose it in 1848. He ran for the Senate in 1855, but lost; in 1856, he ran for Vice President but did not win. In 1858, he ran for the Senate again, and again he was defeated. In 1860, Abraham Lincoln was elected President of the United States of America.
My father-in-law, Cliff Merrill always said, "Success requires two things...knowing what you want and how much you are willing to pay to get it." What triggers motivation varies greatly. It can be anger, revenge, adversity, inspiration or trauma--something lights a fire within you. What "you are willing to pay" is the dedication, sweat, hard work, sacrifice, energy and time you devote to achieve your goal. The positive news from the world of science is that if you decide to pursue your dreams you control your own destiny more then we ever imagined.

Are You a Person of Action?
History records both the bold and the timid, but we remember the bold. We remember them for the actions they have taken in becoming a success or indeed on their journey to success.
Action is not a process it is a choice you make, you are either a man of action or not. You have to tell yourself this everyday, 'I am a person of action, I get things done', as this literally spawns action. 97% of the population when faced with this decision will sit down in front of the television. A 3% leader is always willing to take action, seize the moment and move when faced with the choice to do something or nothing, they act.
What holds a lot of people back, that is, 97% of the population, is fear. The hardest part of any new venture is firstly the decision and then secondly taking the first step, but with each step we become less fearful and eventually the fear disappears and is replaced with confidence and wisdom. Consistent action will destroy the barrier of fear, it may always be there because we have been programmed for so long to believe so, but no longer is it making a problem in your life. But you must be consistent, all manner of good things begin to flow in your direction once you begin to take action.
Identify 5 places in your life from today where fear will no longer be a problem for you because of action. Sometimes massive action is required, at others it is the simple steps, consistently taken that help to achieve success and conquer fear. You have to tell yourself this everyday, 'I am a person of action, I get things done', as this literally spawns action. 97% of the population when faced with this decision will sit down in front of the television. A 3% leader is always willing to take action, seize the moment and move when faced with the choice to do something or nothing, they act.
What holds a lot of people back, that is, 97% of the population, is fear. I can still remember the first time I stepped up to a roller coaster. I was shaking like a leaf. My heart began to race...just looking at all of the twists, loops and turns made my stomach do the same. A little voice inside of me kept whispering that I must take that first initial step...if I was ever going to conquer my fears.
The decision to make a career change or to create your own business can be easily compared to that of embarking on the greatest roller coaster ride of your life.

Motherhood Makes Her Stronger
Motherhood is a humbling experience.
Having had a fulfilled life as a single person, she felt so ready to move on to starting a family. In her mid-30s when she got pregnant, she thought she was ready and had everything in control. Oh my, was she up for a lot of surprises!
The first lesson was on having a deeper appreciation of how intricately beautiful the human body is. With her mother having passed away several years back, books on pregnancy were her main reference in the absence of a firsthand guide. She came to understand that the tenderness of her breasts was in preparation for breastfeeding in the months to come. She has never heard of linea nigra before when she discovered that she too, was marked with that dark line from her navel down to her pelvis. Her hormones were doing its best to prepare her physically while she was trying to absorb as much information as she can to prepare her mentally. She stayed up late one night watching National Geographic's In the Womb, a documentary that showed how a baby slips through the birth canal in a screw-like motion so that the head is followed by one shoulder and then the other. It was truly amazing, she thought.
It was both exciting and frightening, the thought that someone else was inside of her, one who is totally dependent on her care. Her body was a vessel and she was a part of procreation, yet she was not fully in control. Her baby was growing on his own, moving when he wants to, kicking her belly whenever he pleases. Clearly he was an independent spirit inside of her. A part of him was distinct from her. Perhaps it was the combination of the accountability and the helplessness that made for an overwhelming experience.
The second learning slowly crept in. Little by little she came to notice how much of her independence she was giving up as she assumed this new role. When she was conceiving, she became more conscious of her diet, her activities and her habits. She started thinking for two and never stopped since.
Now, a couple of years later, her world still spins around her toddler's needs. She did not expect it to be this challenging since her parents seemed to handle raising their kids with ease. As a kid, she had always thought that her parents were superheroes who were capable of anything. Whatever she needed, they provided. But in retrospect, she now sees them as adults who did the best they can. They made mistakes as well as sacrifices. They, too, gave up part of their independence for her. Becoming a mom has deepened her gratitude to her parents for all that they have done to bring her up well.
She is only a couple of years into the character yet everyday is a learning experience. She keeps in mind the Olympia Dukakis character in the 1989 hit Steele Magnolias who said "that which does not kill us, makes us stronger,"
Motherhood will certainly make her stronger.

Motivated to Take Action
There are two basic types of motivation, each of which can overlap with the other. One is the fear of something terrible happening, and the other is the desire for, or reaching out to, something great happening in your life.
However, within this context of fear and desire, there are three other types of motivation: emotional, mental and social.
Firstly, how can you motivate yourself emotionally to take action, get working through your plan? Obviously, you can feel how bad you'll feel if you don't get started and complete the plan. Remember a time when you've felt bad like that before. This is what you want to avoid at all costs.
In contrast, remember a time you fulfilled, even in the smallest action, something you promised yourself you'd do. You want to repeat that by taking action now.
Secondly, how can you motivate yourself mentally? Simply ignore or delete negative thoughts and generate lots of positive thoughts. Tell yourself how well you're doing, accept any slight praise from others, and have a tick list to tick off things you get done. As soon as you have a negative thought, say something like, "Delete that negative program", and replace it with something positive.
Thirdly, how can you motivate yourself socially? Ignore any and all negative comments, as if they had not occurred. Fully accept the slightest positive comment or praise. Another thing is to tell someone you trust what you are doing, in detail or not. On the other hand, keep your dreams to yourself so you can nurture and grow them.

It needn't be overly detailed, but specifics would help when looking back at your progress for motivation. Keep track of what matters most to you, and what you'll stick to... whether it's pounds lost or inches.
2. Use Visual Aids - keep inspirational photos posted in highly visible areas. These can be celebs who's bodies you admire, or photos of you at your healthiest. Conversely you could post up an undesirable body to spur you into action as well.
3. Find Inspiration - read stories of people who lost great amounts of weight, or maybe speak to that person in the gym who's body you admire. Inspiration may be that older person you see at the gym diligently working out or watching children run around playing excitedly with their boundless natural energy.
4. Have a Sponsor - Is there a friend or family member you can talk to when feeling de-motivated? It's great to have a go-to person who knows your fitness goals that will give you the encouragement you need when motivation is low.
5. Update your goals - if you've reached a plateau, go over your goal list and see what you can alter to get started again. Making higher level goals will re-energize you and set you on your way again.
6. Buy clothes in your goal size - This will help you get back on track. Hang up those 'goal jeans' to inspire you to get moving and go back to the gym.
7. Jazz Up your routine - boredom is a motivation zapper. Change your routine every few months to keep you excited about your workouts. Try a new class or run a new route at the very least.
8. Keep Good Company - Do you have a gym buddy? Are your friends active and into wellness? Finding like-minded pals will keep you motivated. Friendly competition never hurt anybody.
9. Be a Mentor - It will be hard for you to lack motivation if it's your job to motivate someone else! Recruit a friend to help get in shape, this will keep you accountable as well.

Top 5 Ways to Get Out of a Funk and Get Motivated!
To the rest of the world, I am very together and very motivated. I have a lot on my plate and I am always working hard at one thing or another, or everything all at once. I am the queen of overachieving.
Or so it would appear.
My secret is I get incredibly stalled, maybe more often than not. I love running, but sometimes I cannot bring myself to get out of bed and out the door for a run in the morning. I love working with my clients but sometimes I get an inexplicable dread or anxiety before a session. I love writing, but sometimes days go by where I don't write a thing of importance, and then on top of it, I feel even worse because I know other writer friends are sitting this minute in some little coffee shop in the far reaches of Carroll Gardens, slaving away for hours over one paragraph of their novel or latest magazine article.
Like everyone else, these feelings on occasion coalesce into a darkness/dread that yields near-complete paralysis. I feel frustrated, like I am not going anywhere, or doing anything worthwhile with my life. I want to throw in the towel, talk myself out of the gym, cancel on a client, shut down my computer and just lie in bed reading.
Of course, 9 times out of 10, I do not give into this (admittedly powerful) existential crisis. Instead, here's how I conquer The Stall:
1) Procrastination. It's an amazing invention. I don't necessarily mean fill up an entire day with nonsense, but when I am feeling stalled, panicked, or blocked, doing something like emptying the dishwasher or throwing in a load of laundry actually helps clear my head.
2) Making a list. But I didn't say checking it. I find that just HAVING a list-knowing that today's to-do's, both big and small, are laid out in a neat way on paper-gives me a huge sense of peace. I know full well that I probably won't get to half the things on there, and they'll just be transferred to the next day, but somehow putting it all in writing ironically makes it all seem less daunting.
3) Exercise. Yes, I know it's my stock in trade, and like I said above, also one of my problems is sometimes just dreading getting out the door. But I cannot express enough how much a run or brisk walk or other strenuous or semi-strenuous activity gets both the blood and ideas flowing. I haven't worked out yet today, but instead of writing this blog in my pajamas, I am sitting in my workout clothes and in 38 minutes, at noon exactly, I am heading out the door.
4) Wallow. To all outer appearances, I am the most positive person on the planet. But when I am having "one of those days," I let the negativity swallow me. I sit and stare and pout and feel terror and dread and guilt over everything I am not doing and am not capable of doing. (Then I thank my lucky stars for everything I DO have, and move on).
5) Just do it, even something tiny. If, like me, you can't bear writing a new essay or designing a whole new boot camp class, send an email connecting with an old colleague. Think of a new story idea. Write down two blog ideas. Add one new ingredient to an old recipe.
I took my own advice today and just before writing this blog post, on a whim sent a story idea to an editor at a huge national newspaper that I haven't worked with yet. He immediately wrote back saying he loved my idea and asked some questions about how I would go about getting it done. Though that doesn't necessarily mean the story is a "go," it certainly made my day. And like that, the light takes over the darkness.

7 Great Ways to Follow Through on a Task
Can you remember what starting a big project and quitting half-way through feels like? The thing is, you won't achieve anything if you quit, so you will have to find ways to start a big project and continue to completion.
Here are 7 great ways to follow through on a project once you start:
1. Chunk it down
One of the most important ways to handle your workload and stick with a project to completion, without feeling overwhelm, is to chunk down the project into smaller, more manageable tasks. For example, you could work at the project at 30 minute intervals, you could research for 45 minutes at a time, perhaps you could chunk your book reading to 5 pages a day, or you might want to consider studying one CD a day from a home study course. Find what works best for you. This way you will work through your workload at a much faster pace while enjoying working through it.
2. Look at the project from another angle
What would you do if you kept doing the same thing over and over again? You would get the same results, wouldn't you? Apply the same principle when you are stuck. Instead of doing the same thing and not getting anywhere, rather than jumping up in frustration and quitting, change your strategy. Take a 5 minute break, then come back and look at your project from a different angle. Once you're calm, go back to the project you were working on, and see it from a different, more relaxed perspective. You might see something you previously missed.
3. Avoid multitasking
To some, multi-tasking can be counterproductive. It brings about a sense of confusion and anxiety, a lack of focus and concentrated effort. As you're working on one project your mind may go astray and concentrate on another project. Best way around this is to start a project, finish it and then move on. Before you settle down to work on your project, as best as possible eliminate any possible distractions; close your door, have a glass of water or coffee, ask not to be disturbed, ask to hold phone calls. You'll be pleasantly surprised how much you can really accomplish.
5. Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today
Yes, I know you've heard it before, but the thing is it does make a lot of sense. When you put off laborious, or unpleasant tasks they will be harder to tackle the next day or in the future. Do your best not to delay any tasks, waiting for the perfect mood or time to tackle the tasks for that perfect time may never come. Make it your policy to do it as and when you get it.
6. Take regular breaks
By having a 5 minute break every 30 minutes or so, you will re-energise your body and mind. Walk around, stretch, go to the water counter and drink a cup of water. This short break works wonders. If you don't take a break you will tire yourself to the point where you won't be able to think straight. This could lead to anxiety and frustration.
7. Keep your workspace organised
By keeping your desk or workspace tidy and free of any clutter, you will find that you can focus and concentrate on the task at hand and you will be far more productive. Positive Motivation
There are two ways that people are motivated. Positive motivation and negative motivation. Negative motivation is motivation that takes place because people are afraid of the consequences if they do not act or the if they do something that would cause them anguish or guilt then they would be negatively motivated not to do something. Negative motivation is good if you see an alligator and react to get out of its way. Negative motivation should not be used to get a group of people or a person to do something. If this happens in a work environment on a regular basis it causes poor morale, high employee turnover, and sometimes even retaliation by the employees in the form of theft or destruction of property. Negative motivation is not a way that will motivate any group of people for a long period of time.

Can you remember the day you sat down and wrote your goals; be it this year's goals, or last quarter's objectives? It could be your professional or personal goals. Do you remember that time? How are you doing? Have you achieved any? I bet you were excited having achieved the ones you did. Now what about those that you didn't achieve, whether it's because you didn't even start, or perhaps you stopped midway? What's become of them?
Some goals are not that easy to achieve, and some may not be achieved as quickly as you had originally intended. That's fine. The important thing to remember is that if your goal excites you, then it's worth striving for, it's worth persevering after.
We all get days here and there where we are just not motivated to take action in the direction of our goals. We're human. However, when you get into such states there are ways around it so you may regain that motivated feeling.
Here are 5 ways you can be in that motivated mood to take action:
1. Make your goal realistic
It is important to make sure you that you are capable of achieving the goal that you set. You don't necessarily need to know exactly how you're going to achieve it, just know that it is achievable.
Aim high, yet at the same time make it realistic at the beginning. As you achieve your realistic goals you may make the other goals bigger and bigger, even to the point of not quite being realistic, and that's the fun part, that's the growing part. It's where you think big and grow exponentially.
At first, make your first few goals realistic and then gradually build on the smaller success goals and make your subsequent goals bigger.
2. Are you passionate about any of your goals?
Once you have set your goals, you should work towards them every day. And the beauty of this is that if you feel passionate about any of your goals you will work at it day in and day out. That's what passion is.
And it actually gets even better. If you are passionate about one particular goal more than the others, when you work on the passionate goal, work will not seem work. It will be complete joy. The more passionate you are the more effortless it will be for you to pursue that goal.
3. See yourself as a successful action-oriented person
Imagination is everything. It is probably the most powerful tool you can access to become and remain a person of action. And the quicker you accept this, the quicker will you see the results you seek.
You sit back, relax and see yourself in your mind's eye as having achieved your goal; the one you are passionate about, or the one you are currently working on. The key is to involve all your senses; see, feel, taste, smell the successful outcome you are seeking.
It is imperative that you engage your emotions; become totally engrossed in your life now that you achieved what you where once after. Feel how different your life has become. Absorb yourself in it. Do this daily for at least 30 days, every day, without missing a day, and you will experience great results.
4. Keep a keen eye on the successes you have accomplished
This is another extremely powerful way to take action and remain motivated to take action every single day. At the end of your work day, or at bedtime, take the time to review your day, to acknowledge your successes.
Sit back in your chair, get comfortable and spend the next 5 minutes or more, going over your day. As you identify, or remember your successes, say, "I was successful when I made those 10 cold calls" or "I was successful when I made a great presentation to my regional managers" or how about "I was successful when I finished all my work at the office and did not have to bring home with me any work this weekend."

Take step 4 to another even more powerful level by celebrating your successes. Celebrate the small successes as emotionally as the big ones. Success breeds more success. As you celebrate your successes, one by one, you will find yourself wanting more reasons to celebrate, and this will become your driving force to take action consistently to achieve more.

Find Your Passion! Follow Your Bliss!
Doing what we really love is absolutely necessary if we want to be fully happy and live our highest potential. Parker Palmer, in his book Let Your Life Speak said, "Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it, I must listen to my life telling me who I am." Have you spent much time lately in introspection, listening to that wee voice in your head, but coming from your heart, telling you where your passion is? ("I wish I had more time to paint." "I've always wanted to travel to Africa." "Wouldn't it be great to buy an old jalopy and fix 'er up?!" "I need to rekindle the romance in my relationship." "I want to take my company to a million in turnover.")
Leo Babauta states that your passion "will be the thing that will motivate you to get out of bed in the morning, to cry out, 'I'm alive! I'm feeling this, baby!' and to scare your family members or anyone else who happens to be in yelling distance as you do this."
Think about what that small voice inside your head is telling you. Do you have a passion deep inside you that has lain buried and ignored for years? A martial arts enthusiast asked Bruce Lee to teach him everything he knew about martial arts. Bruce held up two cups, both filled with liquid. "The first cup," said Bruce, "represents all of your knowledge about martial arts. The second cup represents all of my knowledge about martial arts. If you want to fill your cup with my knowledge, you must first empty your cup of your knowledge." If you want to discover your true passions in life, you must first empty your mind of any pre-conceived notions.
Stephen R. Covey said that one should always "begin with the end in mind". So with that purpose, I'll share with you an idea he suggests. Imagine you are attending a funeral. As you enter the church, you take a seat at the back and look around. You see some people that are familiar to you. A priest enters the front of the church and stands at the pulpit.
"We are gathered here today," the priest says, "to honor the life of (insert your name here)."
You realize that you are seeing a fore-glimpse of your own funeral.
"It is only fitting," the priest continues, "that those who loved (insert your name here) most should share their thoughts and memories. Who would like to go first?" You see your life partner of many years stand up to speak. You see that (s)he is teary-eyed, but smiling, as (s)he recalls some of his/her happiest memories of you.
What does (s)he say about your relationship and the kind of partner you were? What do your children say about the kind of father or mother you've been? What do your co-workers and business colleagues say about your work ethics? What do your friends say about the type of friend you've been to them? And finally, what do the local charities say about you?
Is it a eulogy you are proud to hear? Is it one that could be better? Incidentally, if attending your own funeral is a bit too morbid, you can always imagine that you are attending your own 100th birthday party and that everyone is there to help you celebrate. Their speeches and memories are to honor your life's work. Do you like what you hear? Take some time right now to vividly imagine one scenario or the other.
As Stephen Covey says, "Begin with the end in mind." Get a clear picture in your head of how you would like your eulogy (or honorary speeches) to sound. Take a moment now to actually write that out on paper.
If, after asking yourself many questions and listening to your soul's reply, you are still not able to find your life's passion, then it is time to break out of the mold. Perhaps the reason you haven't found your passion is because you've not discovered it yet. Enroll in a class, attend a lecture or poetry reading, take up a new hobby or sport. Anything that will take you outside of your usual comfort zone will help you discover new likes and dislikes, helping bring greater clarity. Maybe it's time to think outside the box!

Step #1 - You need a Goal
Passion fuels motivation you have to have the 'Want to' attitude. If you are bored at work you need to think of something you can work on that will get you excited - a project - a goal. Something that will benefit you - something that will benefit others.

We have so many things going on in our every day life that we sometimes tend to set aside our goals or try to take on completing more than one goal at time and with frustration lose focus.
Remember when you have a thought like - "I'd really like to ____" You need to write this down - for two reasons.

Everyone has an opinion so my mind starts whirling with information I'd like to share to help others and then off I go on a writing rampage putting all my thoughts on paper for you.
You also may know of an easy way like this to motivate yourself - or maybe you've discovered it before but didn't make mental note that this got your blood cells rushing and brain shifted to high gear. Top 10 Motivation Tips to Get Out of Bed For a Morning Run
The hardest thing i have found is getting out of bed early, especially when you have work and university. Below is a few ideas to help get things going, they have helped me on days where i wanted nothing more than to just roll over.
Top tips;
1. Most importantly remember your cause. Like me if you are running for a charity you can draw inspiration from the money you will be raising. You have to remember a few hours of pain in nothing compared to a lifetime. This will soon get you up!
2 Have your alarm snooze button on standby. I am half asleep when i wake up, so when i roll over and slam my phone to shut it up, i often close my eyes and am back to dreaming away. But if snooze it set for ten minutes later, i can not resist getting up. The thought of 'it has already been 10 minutes get your arse up' helps to.
3 Treat yourself to a good bra. For the ladies this is a must. There is nothing more off putting than not having good enough equipment. When running getting black eyes is not an option. You can go all out with a posh expensive one, which are fantastic. But cheaper options are out there. Buy a cheap bra, then a tight (very tight) sports crop top. Believe me nothing will move!I have both types of boob equipment and i must say i prefer the cheaper option, it seems to work better for me.
4 Treat yourself to a new kit. After a few weeks (days for me) i got very fed up with my jogging outfits. Being a student i cant afford several up market outfits to get messy in. but i decided to splurge on a few nice items. I bought a swanky new pair of trainers (which where cheap for running shoes) and tracksuit bottoms. Then for top i went to the cheapo end for tops, because in the end i always have a hoodie on. The night before i was pretty excited about showing off my new items.Just an excuse to shop really....!
5 Have you swanky new kit laid out on the floor next to your bed. This way you just have to haul yourself up and the work of getting dressed is half done for you.:)
6 Join a running club or drag a friend along. There is nothing better than a good old fashioned chin wag to take your mind of things. Meeting a friend is a great motivation, especially for mornings. Clubs are usually set up through organized bodies. Get in touch with the council to see what is going on in your area.
7 Have a plan for your run in mind. Nothing is more daunting first thing than to not know where you are going.
8 Music is a great way to wake up. Have an alarm radio set with your favorite tune. I like to mix it up, but nothing is better than a classic cheese for me.
9 A bang on the door. If like me you have housemates (they are handy) then get them to bang on your door. The usual 'I am up' or 'Alright' may be shouted back to them, but a friend in need is a friend indeed... I think..
10 Last but not least move! In a morning i am very very slow. One way i force myself to get up is to sit up and throw away the covers! Not a nice sight to be honest but it does work. My brain wakes up and before i know it my feet are walking about...

Produk dengan pelayanan pemasaran
Hai sobat yang tambah hari tambah ganteng...gimana kabar hari ini?pasti baik...ok saya akan menuliskan posting tentang Produk dengan pelayanan pemasaran...selamat membaca...
Meskipun produk umumnya telah banyak dalam pelayanan pesar,maka strategi pemasaran tidak lah sama karena pelayanan di bentuk dan dikonsumsi,sementara produk dibuat oleh pabrik untuk dimiliki.
Pertalian sektor jasa berikut berbeda hubungannya dengan produk industri:
(a) Pelanyanan tidak lah dapat kita raba karena hanya bisa kita rasakan dan dinikmati,yang menyulitkan konsumen untuk memeriksa jenis pelanyanan sebelum pembelian.Jenis pelanyanan tidak dapat dipamerkan dan diperagakan secara nyata,atau dijelaskan dengan penggambaran sesuai menjelaskan dalam bentuk produk.Misalnya :mungkin produk-produk seperti buku atau kamera,merupakan jenis pelanyalan yang resmi tidak dapat dilihat dan dirasakan,juga tidak dapat dicicipi,tidak dapat dicium ataupun disentuh sebelum produk tersebut itu dibeli.Karena para konsumen dapat melihat beberapa pertalian fisik sebelum membeli,mereka dapat merasakan disana atau suatu resiko yang lebih besar yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan suatu pelayanan.
(b) Pelayanan secara serempak dikonsumsi dan diproduksi.Orang yang membuat pelayanan memerlukan konsumen yang saat ini membutuhkan pelayan pengiriman.Contohnya pengujian medis salon kecantikan dan biro perjalanan yang semunya terjadi,baik konsumen maupun agen yang ada sekarang ini.Sifat tersebut membatasi sekala oprasi pelayanan pada sejumlah pegawai yang mempunyai kualifikasi yang sesuai.Tanpa menghiraukan ukuran kantor,seoranga dokter gigi bisa mengobati begitu banyak pasien setiap waktu.
(c) Kualitas suatu pelayana ditentukan oleh pemakaian dan tanggapan dari konsumen itu sendiri.Seorang dokter,phisikiatris,atau penasehat memerlukan kerjasama dengan konsumen yaitu adalah pasiennya.Kejujuran merupakan suatu rekomendasi yang efektif dan cocok untuk diaplikasikan.
(d)Pelayanan tidak dapat diinventarisir,karena kebanyakan dilakukan oleh orang banyak.Tempat duduk kosong pada sebuah kapal terbang atau tenaga listrik yang terpakai mewakili bisnis yang sedang merugi dan tidak dapat disimpan pada hari berikutnya
Nah keempat pengertian diatas itulah yang bisa mewakili penjelasan dari Produk dengan pelanyanan pemasaran,jadi coba baca dan resapi,dan ambil kesimpulan yang terkandung maka sobat pembaca akan mengerti...

SEPIRING NASI KESUKSESAN
Sukses bagai seorang enterpreneur sejati seperti "Bob sadino",ternyata begitu sederhana.yap memang itu sederhana coba anda resapi kata-kata dari Bob sadino ini "Kalau saya mengharap saya besok bisa makan,dan besok saya mendapat makan,saya sudah sukses",Ia bilang ,banyak orang yang tidak pernah memahami arti dari sepiring nasi.Makan hanya dianggap sebagai kewajaran jika orang tidak pernah mendapat masalah dengan makanan.Tapi bagi orang yang pernah lapar,pernah tidak makan,sepiring nasi mempunyai arti yang sangat besar dan sangat mendalam."Mungkin titik berangkat saya itu yang membuat saya bisa begini hari ini",tutur Bob,yang pernah menjadi supir taksi dan nguli dijakarta dengan upah Rp 100 perhari.
Bob,yang lulus SMA tahun 1953 itu mengkritik keras kecenderungan para orang tua yang malas mendidik anak-anak mereka.Para orang tua itu melepas tanggungjawab mendidik anak dan seenaknya membebankan tugas itu pada sekolahan.Akhirnya ,sering mereka melaksanakan kehendak pada anak mereka dalam hal memilih jenis pendidikan.Padahal,kata pengusaha gaek yang pernah ikut-ikutan temannya kuliah di Fakultas hukum UI ini,semua anak bebas menentukan pilihan.Namun itulah egoisnya orang tua.Tanpa sadar mereka para orang tua sedang memperkosa pikiran anak-anak mereka.
Bagi Bob,keteladanan sangat bermakna untuk membangun mental seseorang."Bukan dengan memicu dan memacu,karena banyak orang yang tidak mau dipicu dan dipacu",Tegas Bob,Ia mengaku sangat keras mendidik anak nya,tetapi ia juga memberi pilihan sebebas-bebasnya.Disiplin harus di ditegakkan,tapi kemandirian harus ditumbuhkan.Itulah semangat Bob dalam pemerkasa di kemchicks Group,yang telah dianggapnya sebagai anak-anak sendiri.
Teramat sayang jika seseorang hanya mengingat Bob sadino sebagai pengusaha yang nyentrik,yang kemana-mana hanya mengenakan calana pendek.Makin digali,makain ketemulah sosoknya sebagai master kehidupan.Bahasanya bernuasa sufustuk.Ungkapan-ungkapan yang sederhana,lugas dan kadang vokatif namun kaya akan makna,menjadikan ia bak seorang "Guru zen"dalam hal bisnis.
"Saya ini adalah seperti gitar tua diatas meja.Apakah saya bisa mengalunkan irama yang indah atau buruk,tergantung siapa yang memetiknya"itulah ungkapan Bob saat di desak agar mengeluarkan semua ilmu yang dia miliki.Atau kalau pikiran ini kita umpamakan sebuah cangkir teh,maka kita tak bakalan pernah bisa mengenal "tehnya"Bob sadino,jika kita tidak mengosongkan cangkir itu.

2. Harga
Jumlah uang yang kita bebankan kepada konsumen untuk sesuatu produk,termasuk potongan harga sebagai kebijakan menagemen,perizinan,persyaratan kredit,jangka waktu pembanyaran,pemindahan pembayaran dan sebagainya merupakan variabel dari penentuan harga.
3. Tempat
Penempatan produk,berarti kita menyediakan tempat yang benar dan waktu yang tepat,Penyebaran strategi pemilihan tempat meliputi keputusan-keputusan,seperti wilayah dan lokasi toko,tingkat inventaris,lokasi tempat yang cocok,jenis pengiriman dan sebagainya.
4. Promosi
Promosi adalah mendorong dan menginformasikan target pasar dari nilai penjualan produka yang sedang anda pasarkan.Alat-alat promosi yang paling utama adalah meliputi :periklanan,penjualan perorangan,publisitas dan promosi penjualan.Media yang mana yang paling kita pakai merupakan suatu bagian dari promosi yang paling penting.

Konsep dalam proses pemasaran
Hallo sobat semua yang tambah hari tambah keren aja...disini aku mau menjelaskan sedikit tentang konsep pemasaran,yang harus diketahui dalam melakukan proses pemasaran ada 4 aspek yang harus diperhatikan,berikut ini aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran:
1.Pengertian kebutuhan dan keinginan kensumen
Kita menganggap bahwa kebutuhan pribadi kita sama dengan kebutuhan orang lain.Memahami kebutuhan konsumen kita,berarti mencari apa yang mereka benar-benar inginkan ,dan tahu kebutuhan yang kita perlukan.
2.Menyeleksi dan mengembangkan suatu produk
Suatu orientasi usaha pemasaran tidak mencoba untuk menawarkan segala produk kepada semua orang,yang harus anda lakukan adalah penelitian ...yap benar "penelitian"dengan adanya penelitian terhadap pangsa pasar yang akan anda tuju anda akan mengetahui apa yang jadi kebutuhan-kebutuha dan karakteristik-karakteristik dari beberapa pasar,memutuskan mana yang akan memperoleh potensi daya yang dapat anda gunakan.Masing-masing pasar akan berbeda untuk menentukan masing-masing kebutuhan pasar.
3. Mengambangkan rencana berita
Pertama-tama kita mengembangkan produk-produk yang sesuai untuk pasar-pasar yang berbeda,kita harus memutuskan bagaimana akan memperoleh keuntungan dari masing-masing produk yang sedang kita tawarkan.Alangkah baiknya kita menggunakan promosi,pemasangan iklan,penjualan perorangan,hubungan dengan pihak lain secara umum atau pun secara luas,dan menyeleksi media yang dipilih .Seluruh cara-cara pemasaran,kita paparkan dalam dengan media yang luas.
4. Menyampaikan produk kita kepada konsumen
Menyampaikan produk yang kita miliki kepada konsumen,itu berarti menawarkan suatu produk ditempat yang sesuai,waktu yang tepat dan harga yang wajar.ini berarti akan membuat lebuh mudah kepada konsumen kita untuk menemukan dan membeli produk kita.
Nah itu lah 4 aspek yang harus dipahami dan kita terapkan dalam pemasaran produk kita,agar kita bisa mendapat hasil yang maksimal dari 4 aspek diatas maka anda harus benar-benar memahami dan memulainya satu demi satu...sampai anda benar-benar menguasai..

MENGENAL APA ITU PEMASARAN
A.PEMASARAN
Kita menemui tulisan "Buatan jepang" pada waktu dulu,maka kita akan mengingat menggambarkan suatu produk yang harganya tidak mahal dan kualitas produk yang rendah? Namun dewasa ini banyak produk japang yang diakui sebagai produk yang berkualitas tinggi ,Perubahan persepsi ini desebabkan karena menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang efiktif.
Banyak orang yang mempertimbangkan tentang praktek pemasaran yang diartikan secara sederhana,seperti penetapan harga,pamasangan iklan dan penjualan dengan gaya keras.Sebaliknya,pemasaran merupakan suatu fungsi menagemen yang peling mendasar untuk menciptakan suatu permintaan produk kita.
Konsep yang pokok dari pemasaran adalah pertukaran nilai antara dua bagian tersebut diatas.Ini berarti,bahwa dalam rencana pemasaran dan fungsi utamanya,kita harus melakukan antara lain:
(a) mengerti akan kebutuhan dan keinginan para konsumen yang berpotensi terhadap produk kita.
(b) menyeleksi produk-produk terbaik yang akan menjadi kepuasan para konsuman kita,di dalam batas-batas sumber daya kita.
(c) mengembangkan cara atau suatu rencana untuk memberitahukan kepada konsumen kita tentang keunggulan dari pemakaian produk kita.
(d) pastikan bahwa produk kita menarik konsumen.
nah mungkin itu lah yang harus kita pelajari dan pahami,sehingga kita bisa menentukan keinginan yang konsumen mau...

BAGAIMANAKAH CARA MENETAPKAN TARGET YANG EFEKTIF...
Tahun 2010 sudah sampai di bulan keempat, bagaimana dengan target anda tahun ini? Sudah sesuaikah dengan harapan anda? Bahwa target-target yang anda canangkan selama tahun 2010 ini ini sesuai dengan perkembangan yang dicapai? Atau sebaliknya jangan-jangan harapan anda masih jauh dari hasil yang anda capai sekarang.
Bila itu yang terjadi, bisa jadi hal itu disebabkan karena anda menetapkan target secara tidak efektif. Apa maksudnya?
Bisa jadi beberapa hal di bawah ini yang terjadi pada penetapan target anda.
* Target anda tidak jelas. Misalnya anda bilang target anda jadi orang kaya. Ini target yang masih membingungkan. Seberapa kaya? Berapa kekayaan yang anda ingin miliki? Belum jelas kan? ;)
Sebaiknya buat target yang jelas dan spesifik. Ini membantu anda mengarahkan fokus untuk mencapai target. Sebagai contoh misal tahun ini anda menetapkan target punya lima aset properti baru di kota anda. Ini jauh lebih jelas dibanding target sebelumnya.
* Tetapkan batas waktu. Menetapkan deadline penting dalam tercapainya sebuah target. Tanpa batas waktu yang jelas, anda akan terlena-lena dan kurang fight untuk berjuang mewujudkan target anda.
Sebaliknya dengan memiliki batas waktu yang jelas, anda akan fokus untuk mencapai target anda dalam batas waktu yang telah ditentukan.
* Buat target yang realistis. Ukur kemampuan anda dalam membuat target. Jangan buat target yang sulit anda capai. Sangat baik juga bila anda membuat tahapan-tahapan target, seperti anak tangga yang harus anda lewati satu demi satu. Anda tidak bisa langsung di tangga ke sepuluh, kalau anda belum lewat tangga 1, 2, 3, dan seterusnya.
* Tulis target anda. Jangan biarkan target anda hanya melintas dalam alam pikiran saja. Tuliskan target anda. Bila perlu tempel di dinding agar anda mudah melihatnya.
* Katakan pada orang-orang. Kalau ada teman atau rekan anda yang bertanya apa maksud tulisan yang anda tempel di dinding itu, jangan malu-malu menceritakannya. Jelaskan bahwa itulah target anda. itulah arah yang sedang anda tuju.
Dengan mengatakan pada orang-orang lain, itu akan memacu TINDAKAN anda. Sebab kalau tidak ada TINDAKAN, anda pasti akan malu ketika bertemu lagi dengan orang-orang yang pernah anda ceritakan soal target anda.
Memiliki target berarti memiliki arah dalam hidup. Artinya anda tahu apa yang harus anda lakukan dan kemana tujuan ACTION anda. Bila sudah begitu, sudah pasti tak akan ada waktu terbuang percuma untuk bertanya “apa yang harus saya lakukan hari ini?”
JADI SEGERA TETAPKAN TARGET ANDA DAN LAKUKAN TINDAKAN...SEMOGA BERMANFAAT..

Ya mungkin saja anda bosan dan sudah sering mendengarkan kata itu yang selalu diucapkan oleh setiap orang,Tapi itulah kunci keberhasilan anda.
Yang saya maksud dengan MELAKUKAN TINDAKAN bukan berarti anda tidak perlu belajar soal bisnis yang sedang anda jalani. Tapi yang saya maksud adalah anda tidak perlu mempelajari semuanya di awal mengawali bisnis yang sedang anda jalani.
Yang anda perlulakukan adalah seperti konsep LAP (learn, action, profit). Anda pelajari satu hal, lalu tindakan, dan hasilkan keuntungan dari tindakan anda.
Kalau anda masih memaksa untuk mempelajari semuanya sekaligus dalam satu waktu, saya jamin bisnis yang sedang anda jalankan tidak akan segera beroperasi. Yang terjadi adalah anda dilanda kebingungan yang tak berkesudahan dan terus memikirkan apa yang seharusnya anda lakukan jadi TINGGALKAN ITU SEMUA LAKUKAN SAJA...
Tanpa anda melakukan, ketika anda tertimbun dalam tumpukan informasi yang sering bertambah dan terus bertambah, yang terjadi adalah anda makin bingung dan itu bisa jadi memperlambat tindakan yang ingin anda lakukan. Apalagi tidak semua informasi yang ada di itu bisa jadi kenyataan (valid).Jadi anda perlu hati-hati berhati-hati dengan apa yang sedang anda pikirkan karena buah pikir yang anda lakuan bisa memperbaik maupun memperburuk langkah anda dalam menjalankan suatu tindakan.
Yang anda butuhkan adalah sumber informasi yang teruji dan yang anda butuhkan untuk memulai semua yang ingin anda lakukan.langsunglah anda ambil tindakan dan rasakan hasil yang anda dapat sesuai perencanaan yang telah anda buat ... dan sesungguh nya persentase kesuksesan adalah 90% dari tindakan 10% dari yang anda pikirkan...jadi segeralah lakukan tindakan...

apa yang anda harapkan ,itulah doa anda
Seperti apakah harapan yang ingin anda lekatkan pada diri anda? Apakah anda melihat diri anda sebagai sosok yang dipenuhi kemuraman atau sebaliknya penuh kebahagiaan?
Kalau anda diberi dua pilihan di atas, saya yakin anda pasti memilih yang kedua.
Tapi, tidak jarang kadang tanpa sadar siapa saja bisa terseret pada sisi sebaliknya. Menjerumuskan diri sendiri pada sisi yang penuh kemuraman.
Waktu masih mahasiswa, saya suka baca buku motivasi, suka baca buku orang-orang sukses. Sebab saya ingin mengikuti jejak mereka. Saya juga ingin sukses.
Namun rekan sekalian, menggapai kesuksesan itu tidak mudah. Saya sudah mencoba usaha dengan berbisnis laptop tetapi malah kerugian yang menghampiri saya. Pukulan telak di awal usaha saya untuk membalikkan masa depan suram ke masa depan cerah.
Tak menyerah, berikutnya saya coba terjun ke bisnis MLM yang waktu itu sedang naik daun. Meski sampai akhirnya saya masuk jajaran top leader, namun tak lama hanya dalam hitungan beberapa bulan kemudian, MLM itu kemudian kolaps. Saya ditagih oleh para downline saya, sementara manajemen MLM tak tahu kemana rimbanya. Kembali pukulan telak bagi diri saya.
Tapi rekan-rekan semua, impian saya untuk sukses tak pernah padam. Dari bisnis MLM itu, saya belajar untuk selalu memelihara impian besar dan tak pernah surut melangkah untuk menggapainya.
Mungkin saat di kondisi terendah itu harapan sukses biasanya mudah lenyap. Ingin rasanya seperti orang-orang lain saja. Berpikir biasa, berkeinginan biasa seperti kebanyakan orang. “Jangan bermimpi tinggi-tinggi biar kalau ‘jatuh’ tidak sakit,” begitu timpal orang-orang.
Tapi ada dorongan hasrat dan semangat menggebu bagi saya untuk terus melangkah. Bahwa harapan saya untuk mengubah masa depan saya lebih baik harus tercapai. Tidak ada kata mundur walau selangkah. Meski berat, tapi ACTION harus terus berlanjut.
Harapan-harapan saya itu satu-persatu sekarang menemukan kenyataannya berkat bisnis internet.
Harapan adalah doa. Sebaik-baik harapan adalah tambatkan harapan terbaik bagi anda. Sebab dari sana, segala kenyataan bermula. Asal tentu anda mau mengimbanginya dengan ACTION atau tindakan nyata.

8 tips mengatasi streess dengan mengatur pola hidup
Orang sekarang katanya gampang terkena stres. Mungkin ini karena semakin tingginya tuntutan. Baik tuntutan dari tempat kerja anda atau tuntutan dari sekitar kita.
Tempat kerja menuntut agar produktivitas kerja meningkat agar target perusahaan tercapai. Kebutuhan keluarga makin meningkat, sementara “kemampuan” masih tetap.
Kalau segala macam tuntutan itu tidak mampu di-management dengan baik, stress mudah timbul. Bagaimana tips management stress agar anda terhindar dari serangan stres?

Beberapa tips management stress berikut ini bisa langsung anda action-kan mulai hari ini juga.
1. Tidur cukup
Kurang tidur merupakan salah satu sebab terbesar seseorang terjangkit stres. Mungkin karena harus kejar deadline pekerjaan yang bertumpuk sampai harus mengorbankan waktu tidur anda.
Sesekali boleh saja anda lemburan, tapi jangan keterusan dan kompensasikan kekurangan tidur anda itu. Kalau anda keseringan melanggar jatah waktu istirahat anda, pasti tubuh anda akan “berontak”. Akibatnya waktu pagi hari wajah anda terlihat kurang fresh, kantung mata menggantung, stamina pun kurang bugar.
Berapa waktu ideal tidur setiap harinya? Kalau kata pakar sekurang-kurangnya kita butuh waktu tidur minimal delapan jam. Namun saya percaya anda yang paling tahu kebutuhan tidur anda.
Sebagai pedoman, gampangnya begini. Kalau waktu bangun anda merasa badan anda kurang segar, itu tandanya kalau anda masih kurang tidur. Tapi kalau sudah segar berarti waktu tidur anda cukup. Namun pedoman di atas jangan anda jadikan alasan buat tidur berlebihan ya :) karena efeknya pasti juga sama tidak baiknya.
Tidur yang cukup (dan bukan berlebihan) itu ikut membantu mengurangi tingkat ketegangan atau stress tubuh anda.
2. Olahraga cukup
Olahraga yang cukup itu pun bisa membantu mengurangi ketegangan anda. Biar tidak suntuk selalu berada di depan layar monitor untuk menjalankan bisnis internet, lakukanlah olahraga. Berolahraga membantu anda lebih sehat, meningkatkan energi dan stamina anda, membuat pikiran lebih fresh–sehingga anda bisa bekerja online lebih baik—dan membuat tidur lebih pulas. :)
Kalau anda belum rutin olahraga, saya sarankan mulai minggu ini. Bisa dimulai dengan olahraga kecil seperti jalan-jalan, lari pagi, atau naik sepeda keliling sekitar lingkungan rumah anda. Boleh juga kembali melakukan olahraga kegemaran yang sudah lama tidak anda lakukan.
3. Makan teratur
Gara-gara telat makan akibat terlalu fokus memikirkan pekerjaan anda bisa berakibat fatal dan meningkatkan potensi terkena stress. Makanlah makanan bergizi secara teratur. Jangan sampai karena terlalu asyik bekerja, anda jadi lupa atau telat makan.
4. Musik
Suara musik mampu membuat tubuh anda terasa lebih enteng. Anda bisa dengarkan musik untuk mengurangi ketegangan tubuh anda. Cobalah dan biarkan tubuh anda bergoyang mengikuti irama musik. Dendangkan juga syair lagunya… :)

UNIVERSAL KESUKSESAN
Anda hidup di dunia yang ajaib.berbagai hal yang ajaib dan luar biasa di sekeliling anda sedang terjadi,dan anda dapat membawa pesona tersebut ke dalam segala sesuatu yang anda lakukan dan semua keinginan yang ingin anda raih...!!!
